The Development Plan currently comprises: (a) The adopted Chesterfield Borough Local Plan 2018-2035 (adopted July 2020) (b) Derby and Derbyshire Minerals Local Plan, adopted April 2000 with Alterations November 2002 and the Majority of its policies saved by direction of the Secretary of State in September 2007 (c) Derby and Derbyshire Waste Local Plan, adopted March 2005. All policies saved by direction of the Secretary of State except policy W1A
