3.10A_QUESTION
Is there a CIL charging schedule
Yes. Cheshire East Borough Council adopted a Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Charging Schedule effective from 01 March 2019. Please note there is the potential for a CIL charge on the land in question and that answers to Con29R 3.10 b-h are accurate in relation to such data provided from the previous working day. Please note that this doesn’t apply to properties in the Peak Park as a CIL charging schedule is not in place. For further information, please see the Council's CIL web page - www.cheshireeast.gov.uk/cil
